We wanted to send gifts that would remind US Peace Corps members of their memories in Korea . When we asked Vice President James Mayer what we should include in the survival box , he recommended Instant Dabang Coffee mix . We were initially taken aback since coffee shops are highly common these days . However , after receiving many letters of gratitude , we were finally able to understand the nostalgia that instant coffee mixes could bring . As such , the KF COVID - 19 Survival Box included 100 KF masks , COVID - 19 an- tibacterial gloves , mask straps , kit bag , silver spoon set , red ginseng candy , folk painting fan , coffee mix , mask pack , and a video inside a USB flash drive . KF was involved in selecting the items in the KF COVID - 19 Survival Box and sending it , but KF ’ s role is also to send these on behalf of our people . We re- ceived the messages from Korean citizens through SNS and made booklets and videos with those . In such a way , the KF COVID - 19 Survival Box was sent to 563 people in the United States , Japan , Australia , Spain , and Sweden . “Then, the US Peace Corps responded to the KF COVID-19 Survival Box.
