Section 4. Handwr itten Letters 106 107 Mai lbox of Peace Korea Foundation & US Peace Corps KF COVID-19 Survival Box Gratitude Letter Col lection The generosity of the Korea Foundation knows no bounds as exemplified by the gift of a COVID-19 Survival Box. Thank you so much. I served in the Peace Corps 1967-69, in 천안 as an English teacher in a girls middle school. It was a difficult but wonderful experience. I am so proud of Korea for how far and how fast the country has moved economically since then, as you should be, too. “I am so proud of Korea” Lynn Garber Barclay , K - 3 Lynn Garber Barclay To Korea Foundation! The Covid Box was amazing! So generous of you! <omit> Our two years in Korea(1970-72, K-12) was a life – Changing expensive, as was the wonderful revisit in 2009. Our K-12 group had a reunion in Ver- mont(where we trained) last October (2019). Korea is still a very important part of our lives. The middle school students we taught are now retiring! Makes us feel old. But we love that we can still e-mail with them. So soon again, 감사합니다 . Postscript: we just used the beautiful silver chopsticks set. So elegant! We love them. It was wonderful to be remembered in such a thoughtful way. Carol & Jack Nuzum , K - 12 Carol & Jack Nuzum
